Industry Workshop
The integration of advanced genomic, spatial transcriptomics, and proteomics technologies is transforming our understanding of biological systems and disease mechanisms. Complete Genomics’ DNBSEQ-T7 sequencing platform powers this, with CompleteWGS for precise whole-genome sequencing, STOmics’ Stereo-seq for spatial transcriptomics, and proteomics for detailed protein analysis. Together, these technologies reveal intricate gene expression patterns, protein dynamics, and variant detection, offering a comprehensive view of cellular functions. In this workshop, our speakers will share insights into how this holistic approach is driving breakthroughs in human genetics and precision medicine.

Exploring Spatial Omics: Dinner & Workshop
Spatial transcriptomics is transforming gene expression research by allowing scientists to measure and visualize gene activity within the context of tissue architecture. This powerful technology offers crucial insights to accelerate drug discovery and improve disease treatment strategies.
In this workshop, Dr. Yonfu Wang will demonstrate how both Stereo-seq and DNBSEQ technology provides true single-cell resolution for spatial transcriptomics. Our featured speaker, Dr. Hui Shen, will present their groundbreaking work in creating the first comprehensive, subcellular-resolution spatial transcriptome atlas of the human prefrontal cortex (PFC) from Alzheimer’s disease samples using Stereo-seq technology.
The workshop will conclude with a roundtable discussion on the most pressing topics in spatial omics, offering participants the chance to engage with experts in the field.
