The DNBSEQ Fast PCR-FREE FS Library Kit V2.0 is designed for preparing Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) PCR-Free libraries compatible with Complete Genomics DNBSEQ sequencers. This kit streamlines the library preparation process by combining fragmentation, end-repair, A-tailing and cleanup into a single step, significantly reducing overall time while ensuring high-quality results. Compatible with a wide DNA input range (25 – 900 ng) and multiple sample types for ultimate flexibility.
This kit provides increased compatibility across a wide range of applications: WGS (low pass, human/animal/plant (30x), microbial) and virus long amplicon sequencing.
This kit requires purchase of either the Circularization Kit or Dual Barcode Circularization Kit.
