True Single-cell Resolution

With unbeatable nanoscale of spot size in 0.22um in diameter, Stereo-seq (SpaTial Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing) technology offers researchers a novel tool to explore spatial biology with unprecedented true single cell resolution at 0.5um, enabling simultaneous transcriptome study and analysis at tissue-, cellular-, subcellular- and molecular level from fresh frozen, FFPE, fixed frozen tissues.

This program is open to current faculty, staff, or students at any of the ten University of California (UC) campuses

Applications must be received by 11:59 pm PDT on July 12, 2024

What Do I Get?

First prize:

  • 2 winners will be selected
  • Each winner will get one FREE STOmics Stereo-seq chip of their choice: 5 mm x 5 mm, 10 mm x 10 mm FF kits or 10 mm x 10 mm FFPE*

Second prize:

  • 4 winners will be selected

Additional Information

  • Sequencing costs will be determined independently via UCLA Technology Center for Genomics & Bioinformatics
  • A committee from Complete Genomics will review and select the winners based on research creativity, scientific impact, and innovation
  • Only one entry per person
  • Winners will be announced on the Complete Genomics digital channels
