Designed to work with non-Complete Genomics’ library preparation kits, these products give users the flexibility to use third-party library preparation kits with Complete Genomics’ sequencers.
DNBSEQ OneStep Library Conversion Kit (Third Party)
Uses a PCR-free approach to convert sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into DNBs ready to be sequenced with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Supports up to 4 reactions.
Requires use of High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (sold separately).
DNBSEQ Universal Library Conversion Kit
Using a traditional PCR approach, this kit converts sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into circular, single-stranded DNA libraries compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Supports up to 16 reactions.
Requires use of High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (sold separately).
High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (Single End)
To be used in conjunction with the either the DNBSEQ OneStep Library Conversion Kit (Third Party) or the Universal Library Conversion Kit, this product makes third-party adapters compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Does not support paired-end sequencing.
Compatible with DNBSEQ-G400.
High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (Paired End)
To be used in conjunction with either the DNBSEQ OneStep Library Conversion Kit (Third Party) or the Universal Library Conversion Kit, this product makes third-party adapters compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Does not support single-end sequencing.
Compatible with DNBSEQ-G400 and DNBSEQ-T7.
