The DNBSEQ-G400 FluoXpert is a high-throughput sequencing platform uniquely incorporating multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) staining capabilities. As a sequencer, it delivers up to 1440Gb of data per run with superior accuracy, while its integrated staining module enables the detection of up to 24 protein targets on a single tissue section.
Its automated workflow seamlessly transitions between sequencing and staining functions, streamlining genomic analysis alongside tissue visualization for comprehensive tumor classification, disease prognosis, and microenvironment characterization.
The platform’s dual functionality conserves valuable samples by allowing molecular and protein analysis from the same instrument, with high-resolution imaging at 360 nm/pixel resolution and efficient reagent usage.
The DNBSEQ-G400 FluoXpert system includes a multiplex immunofluorescence reagent kit that supports both frozen and FFPE samples, providing compatibility across diverse sample types. Its streamlined integration with commercially available antibodies removes the need for complex conjugation processes, saving time and effort. FluoXpert delivers results comparable to the gold standard of IHC, making it a versatile tool for various proteomics applications.
