Single-Cell SequencingWhole Genome Sequencing (WGS)

  • When measured against Illumina NovaSeq 6000 in a comparative study, DNBSEQ-T7 demonstrated excellent performance for single-cell sequencing.
  • Analysis of the Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP) clusters showed consistent results across replicates and no significant difference in cells counts detected.

These data confirm that DNBSEQ-T7 is an excellent sequencing tool for measuring gene expression and for identifying and classifying cell populations in single-cell experiments.
